Short version: we only use what you send us to reply to you and plan your website.
Who we are
BAVN Digital is a brand of BAVN Systems ApS, a Danish company.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email, and anything else you choose to tell us (business name, plan interest, message).
Why we use it
- To reply to you and book your video call.
- To prepare and deliver the website and services you ask for.
We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to newsletters without asking.
Who else sees it
Your message is delivered to our inbox through an email provider that processes it on our behalf. The website is hosted by our hosting provider.
How long we keep it
If we don't end up working together, we delete your enquiry when it is no longer needed. If you become a client, we keep what's needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by replying to any email from us. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
